Polis publishes a yearly report of legal-process requests received, complied with, rejected, and withdrawn. Counts are grouped per jurisdiction; private request details and citizen data stay out of the public report.

Publication cadence

90 days after the relevant quarter

Annual totals publish after the reporting year closes, with the publication deadline set 90 days after the relevant quarter. The 2026 report deadline is March 31, 2027.

Legal process only

The report covers subpoenas, warrants, court orders, preservation requests, emergency disclosure requests, and other legal-process requests for socialmedia2.com.

Evidence boundary

No private request details

The public report carries counts and policy metadata only. It does not publish sealed orders, citizen identifiers, dashboard screenshots, cookies, API keys, or respondent data.
