Spend about 20 minutes with a moderator and walk the path a new person sees: find the home page, start onboarding, and stop at the first-room preview.
What we record
Only session ids, route steps, completion state, confusion codes, drop-off step, and GitHub issue refs for anything unclear.
What stays out
No names, email values, phone numbers, addresses, recordings, transcripts, tracking pixels, paid incentives, or public per-person notes.
Bounded evidence
This helps the real validation run without becoming BUILD_DONE evidence.
The pass bar remains six unaided completions out of eight first-time users. This page is only the no-cost recruitment and session handoff; real session results are recorded separately after moderated sessions happen.
